Alberta "Abby" Ceres-Buda has been a licensed NJ Real Estate Salesperson since 1991 and a Broker Salesperson since 2013. With designations and memberships as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and an Accredited Buyers Representative she enjoys helping seniors with one of the biggest decisions they will ever make, whether they are selling or buying a home, or both. Abby also enjoys helping first time buyers to achieve home ownership through an initial consultation process that educates buyers on the process, while learning what their needs and wants are in a home. Abby also holds designations in Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and an e-Pro.  In her spare time, Abby enjoys photography, gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
